The Influence of Service Quality to the Satisfaction Members in Market Traders Cooperative Wado, Wado District of Sumedang

Abstrak

This study on the impact of service quality to satisfaction of the Market Traders Cooperative members are located in Wado, sub Wado, Sumedang. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Service to the Market Traders Cooperative of Members Wado. The subject of this study are members of the cooperative, the number of sample is 80 people. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. the Sampling used sample random sampling. Further, the data processing is done with a simple regression analysis. The result of this research is There is significant influence between Service Quality and Satisfaction of Wado Market Traders Cooperative Members. The magnitude of influence seen from the value of R square of 0.746. The value of the coefficient determinant is equal to 74.6%, which means the influence of Service Quality to Member Satisfaction of 74.6% while the remaining 25.4% influenced by other factors.
